Selecting only premium grades of whole leaf tea, plucked at the peak of season from world renowned estates, Yatra Tea Company is committed to sourcing tea directly from each estate. We believe in maintaining the integrity of the leaf; our teas are single origin, whole leaf, and unflavored, as nature intended. Furthermore, we are fanatical about freshness. Sourcing teas from the actual producers allows us to disrupt the traditional supply chain making our teas available for consumption soon after they have been masterfully produced.

Translated from the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit, "Yatra" refers to a journey. Come join us on this wondrous journey of tea from crop to cup.

There is a great deal of poetry and fine sentiment in a chest of tea.
— Ralph Waldo Emerson

Fresh. Single origin. Whole leaf. These attributes best define our teas.

Our teas are available to savor soon after production. Sourced directly from estate without blending, flavoring or any other form of adulteration, we invite you to immerse yourself in each estate's unique terroir. Our teas are whole leaf because it is only with the unfurling of intact leaves during the process of brewing that one can truly appreciate the nuances of fine tea.

These essential characteristics in concert are guaranteed to please the palate.
